Closed beta
Kamka is a closed invite-only beta. Access is limited to users who have received an invitation or have been approved from the waitlist. The service is still evolving and features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.
Free during beta
The service is provided free of charge during the beta. There are no paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases available at this time. We may introduce paid features in the future, but we will give you notice before doing so.
Service provided "as is"
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available, and we offer no uptime or availability commitment during the beta.
Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kamka. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
AI-generated content disclaimer
Forecasts, reports, and chat answers are generated by AI and are provided for entertainment and general information only. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on the content of the service for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional decisions. Always consult a qualified professional when you need advice of that kind.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the service, including the questions you ask and the birth details you enter. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service to you, which includes sending relevant data to our AI sub-processor so that it can generate your response.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you abuse the service, attempt to circumvent security controls, violate these terms, or use the service in a way that could harm other users or the operator. We may also remove your account if it remains inactive for a prolonged period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. By using the service you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts for any dispute arising out of or relating to the service or these terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
